This is just a .bat file of the Matrix Effect. ( Sort of )

Its pretty easy to make, you can edit the code if you want. I'm pretty sure I included in there.

Install instructions

Just download the file and then extract the contents of the file if you need to.

Double click on the thing that says " Matrix Effect.bat ". This will execute the code.
